Overview

Over the years the fat layer on the back of the hand thins; veins and tendons become prominent and skin looks thinner and crepey. However well cared for the face is, the hands still reveal age.

The aim is not puffiness but replacing the lost layer to smooth the surface and reduce vein and tendon visibility. It is performed with a cannula through a single entry, placing a measured amount beneath the surface.
